Conor received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse (2003), and his law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law (J.D., 2006).

Having spent several years working in the construction industry while attending college, he formed an interest in handling construction disputes and has focused his practice on the representation of contractors and subcontractors in all manners of construction related claims as well as assisting them with a variety of transactional and business matters. Conor has been directly involved in the crafting of several pieces of California legislation including the modernization of California’s construction claim statutes on private and public works of improvement and has obtained a published California Appellate Court opinion concerning the construction claim treatment of manufacturers of custom components on public works projects. His practice also significantly includes general civil litigation, and the defense of personal injury and wrongful death claims.

In his free time, Conor enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife and identical twin daughters. He also tries to maintain an active lifestyle, including finding time to spend in the mountains skiing and practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
